It is also, separately, a free and private messenger for family, friends and community. Same app, no business account required.
End-to-end encrypted
Message bodies and media are encrypted on your device before they are sent. Your private key never leaves it.
Content deleted from the server
An automated job wipes message content and media from the server within two days, and sooner once a message is delivered. We are not building an archive.
Voice calls, peer to peer
Calls connect directly between devices wherever the network allows, encrypted in transit.

It keeps a full local database on the machine, so you keep selling and recording when the connection drops, and it syncs when the connection returns.
